Overview: Under the direction of the Division Director Ancillary & Clinical Services, this position is responsible for providing support in planning, budgeting, data management, data analysis, contract management, billing, supply chain management and performance improvement. Recommends and implements actions to improve business and division performance. Will work closely with the organization's patient satisfaction team and take a lead role in physician engagement within the organization. Qualifications: Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. Over 10 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Preferred Education Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration Necessary Skills: 1. Analytical skills, demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects, and flexibility in shifting priorities are essential. 2. Exceptional level of responsiveness to the information of key stakeholders is required. 3. Must be proficient in spreadsheet, graphics/presentations, and database software. 4. Ability to provide broad vision and analytical skills to complex and comprehensive problems. 5. Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Required Experience Minimum of two (2) years healthcare industry experience with Bachelor's degree OR One (1) year of healthcare industry experience with Master's degree OR over ten (10) years of healthcare industry experience.
