Job description

Job Title: Traveling Electrical Technician / Electrical Helper
Location: Dallas, Texas
Type: Contract
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Security Clearance: Must pass Amazon background check (7 years), drug screening, MVR check, and be able to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for onboarding
Responsibilities
  • Act as a dedicated lift spotter for electricians operating scissor and boom lifts
  • Assist with material movement, staging, and job site logistics
  • Support conduit crews with hands-on electrical work as directed
  • Maintain strong situational awareness and job site safety compliance
  • Assist with supporting high-voltage conduit installation and electrical tasks
  • Support teams on large-scale data center projects across the U.S., frequently traveling and working physically demanding shifts
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of solid electrical experience (hands-on)
  • Background in commercial or industrial electrical work
  • Experience working on active construction sites
  • Ability to work 10-14 hour days in a physically demanding environment
  • Willing to travel nationwide for extended periods
  • High Voltage electrical experience (ref: HIGH VOLTAGE)
  • Support conduit installation crews and work around lifts (spotting or operating)
  • Experience supporting data center or large commercial projects preferred
  • Must pass Amazon background check (7 years), drug screening, MVR check, and be able to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for onboarding
  • Must be comfortable being on the road consistently with no travel companions allowed
