Salary Schedule
To provide leadership and supervision of district services in the areas of accountability, data analysis and reporting strategies, and performance monitoring to assist school and district leaders with achieving district goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated experience and ability to lead accountability initiatives and provide guidance and technical assistance to school and district leaders. Demonstrated knowledge of reporting requirements for state and federal accountability models. Demonstrated knowledge of research design, including the application of appropriate statistical procedures, data validation and analysis, as well as the interpretation of results. Demonstrated experience in the use of computer applications and statistical analysis software (e.g., SQL, SPSS, Stata, R). Demonstrated skill and experience in writing and presenting data in a variety of formats (e.g., reports, briefs, dashboards) to administrators, teachers, support staff, parents, and members of the community. Demonstrated ability to independently plan, execute, and monitor the completion of tasks and projects according to established timelines. Demonstrated ability to work, communicate, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability in planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring processes related to all areas of responsibility in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in priorities and work assignments. Demonstrated ability to facilitate group processes and engage in conflict resolution, planning, and decision-making between school and district leadership to build consensus and develop goals.

∗ Facilitate professional learning sessions for school and district leaders to increase understanding and awareness of accountability monitoring and reporting requirements.
∗ Plan, manage, and monitor the fiscal responsibilities of the department.
∗ Evaluate department staff in terms of their performance responsibilities and provide job-embedded professional learning that is directly related to the growth of their leadership skills and their performance responsibilities.
∗ Keep the supervisor(s) and other key people informed of critical issues about which they should be aware.
∗ Regularly monitor, evaluate and assess staff performance. Create specific, measurable goals for direct reports. Communicate and collaborate effectively.
∗ Follow the district’s policies and procedures as related to all HRMD guidelines and the district’s instructional initiatives.
∗ Follow the district’s policies and procedures as related to fixed assets.
∗ Develop leadership in subordinates.
∗ Responsible for keeping up to date on current technology being used by OCPS. With the support of the district, attend training to ensure skill level in various technologies is at the level required to perform in current position.
∗ Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate information and accountable for the quality of information maintained by those they supervise.
∗ Responsible for self-development and keeping up to date on current research, trends and best practices relevant to the area of responsibility.

Non-bargaining unit compensation plan, twelve months, 8.0 hours per day.
