Job description

Our client is working on a role with a top fashion company based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Role is 4 days on site each week and will be focused on PLM. Background in product, development or design but will be supporting the team with PLM systems. They work in BlueCherry but you don't need to work in that system. Role is full time hours for now and are thinking need help for at least 6 months to start. The product teams are in the process of fully adopting PLM into their workflow. To support this transition, we are in need of a short-term support position to assist our design team with initial data entry and system maintenance in-season. This would likely be needed for a 6-month period, but we will be evaluating as we go.
  • Pay rate 23-25 an hour but may go up based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate would have general knowledge of product and the design and product development processes.
  • They would have general knowledge of PLM systems with attention to detail and comfort with data.
  • They would need to be interested in repetition and supporting design vs. actually partaking in the design process although they will have access to it.
  • The system we use is BlueCherryNext by CGS Company, so actual experience with this particular system would be preferred but not necessary.
  • Plus, will be focused on admin duties in PLM for the team.
