Retail Customer Service/Sales Reps

Let's start with what we all know is the most important facts to have when looking for a new career!

What we are looking for: We are looking for outgoing, confident, and strong individuals to help us with our in-store marketing campaign. We want individuals with a student mentality, that we can train into management positions within our companies. We are looking for professional individuals that we can trust with our fortune 500 clients reputation.

What we do: What we do is work for AT&T , Verizon, Sprint, Apple, and Samsung inside of the retail stores. We work INSIDE of the Best Buys, SAMs Clubs, Walmarts, and BJ's promoting and doing customer service for AT&T , Verizon, Sprint, Apple, and Samsung face to face. We manage and run the Kiosk's located inside those retailer's mentioned above.

Basic Duties Include:

  • Signing up customers for new cellphone accounts 
  • Helping setup their new device(s) 
  • Restocking the kiosk with the clients devices
  • Preforming upgrades of existing accounts 
  • Informing customers of the best plans and devices for their needs
  • Answer and Direct customers with any questions or concerns with the upmost best customer service. 

What we don't do: We don't do any kind of call center work. We don't do door to door! We don't do business to business! We don't expect you to work for free until you make sales!

What is our pay structure?: Well, let me start by saying that it is awesome! We offer you a guaranteed hourly pay. The hourly doesn't even come close to minimum wage we start at $11.00 an hour and to make it even better, you receive commissions and bonuses on top of that hourly pay! Oh... and did I mention you get paid EVERY Friday? Yup, we're great!

Whether you are moving from across the country, live nearby or you are local to the Kansas City area, we WANT to hear from YOU! New hires will get started immediately!

To make things even better, if interested, in as little as 3 to 9 months you can grow into a Trainer or Management position!
