โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
โ€ข Interest in hands-on manufacturing, production, or machine operation work.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and comfort with repetitive accuracy-driven tasks.
โ€ข Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced production environment.
โ€ข Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new equipment and safety procedures.
โ€ข Preferred but not required: prior production, warehouse, machine operation, fulfillment, quality, print, bindery, mailing, packaging, or basic
