Job Overview:

Mail & Data Processor position handling incoming and outgoing mail in an organized fashion. Prepares and scans checks for bank deposits. Prepares and uploads charges provided by various physician offices. Edmond, OK office

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Open and sort incoming mail.
  • Scan insurance payment and denial batches.
  • Process patient payments for client accounts.
  • Scan checks for bank depositing.
  • Run tapes on checks for balancing purposes.
  • Sort correspondence for necessary processing.
  • Process and input payment transmittal sheets on the computer for client accounts.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets with daily batches.
  • Process outgoing mail including checks for patient and insurance refunds

Required Skills:

  • 10-key by touch and alpha numeric skill proficiency
  • Must have knowledge of computer programs and operations (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing workload requirements
