Your Opportunity, Your Team

Senior Manager, Retention Marketing will lead the strategy and development of customer email, and mobile marketing programs to meet customer lifecycle objectives and business goals. You will lead content, marketing and creative strategy and execution for these critical retention-marketing programs.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop calendar-driven marketing (email/text/push) programs to guide incremental activity and revenue and support/sustain on going customer relationship at all stages; prospect, new customer, loyal customer.

  • Links business and marketing needs from across the organization and proposes solutions including but not limited to new email/Push programs, versions, banners etc.

  • Drive creative best practices utilizing quantitative and qualitative research, coupled with extensive direct and digital marketing experience

  • Utilize customer behavior data, historic channel performance data and other analytics to improve strategic plans.

  • Manage financial goals and budgets insuring the program meets/exceeds defined indicators and business/customer goals

  • Partner with Consumer Analytics & Insights team for strategy reporting and analytics

  • Communicate promotional email program strategy to cross functional teams including merchandising, planning, ecommerce, programming and others

  • Partner closely with Content team partners to insure efficiency of processes, and fosters a strong collaborative relationship between the teams

  • Oversee program management and execution for all direct mail/catalog initiatives Manages catalog/direct mail programs as part of broader, holistic customer contact strategy support retention and loyalty objectives

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 7+ years of consumer direct marketing experience

  • Experience with marketing through multiple channels; email, website, catalog and direct mail.

  • 3+ years' experience managing staff coupled with proven record of ability to develop team.

  • Strong creative, customer segmentation and analytical experience/background
