Role Overview

The Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Director leads all aspects of the Flagship Fine Jewelry & Timepiece business — from sales strategy and client development to team growth and operational excellence. This role is dedicated to building relationships, developing people, and driving performance in the world of High Jewelry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the achievement of annual sales goals across Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry.
  • Develop and execute a proactive business strategy that identifies growth opportunities.
  • Analyze product sales and client feedback and provide recommendations to the Merchandising team.
  • Partner with Regional and Corporate Office to plan and execute memorable events and activations that engage and grow boutique's client community.
  • Build and nurture a strong book of Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry clients through genuine, relationship‑first clienteling.
  • Create client experiences that go beyond expectations, fostering lasting loyalty to the House of Dior.
  • Set the standard for client experience across the team, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and elegance of Dior.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors, helping each grow professionally and personally.
  • Hold regular touchpoints to review sales performance, celebrate wins, and address development opportunities.
  • Create a collaborative, motivated team culture that takes pride in daily work.
  • Identify future talent and invest in building a strong, capable team.
  • Bring a genuine passion for Fine Jewelry and High Jewelry and spread that enthusiasm to team and clients.
  • Work closely with Merchant and Training teams to ensure ongoing product education.
  • Represent House of Dior with professionalism and knowledge worldwide.
  • Collaborate with operations for day‑to‑day processes: Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, After‑Sales Services.
  • Ensure all company policies and standards are understood, respected, and upheld.
  • Address operational challenges with a problem‑solving mindset to improve efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of luxury retail management experience, ideally in Fine Jewelry, High Jewelry, or Timepieces.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow UHNW client relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of the Fine and High Jewelry industry — products, craftsmanship, trends, and clientele.
  • GIA Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills that bring out the best in teams.
  • Enthusiasm for growth, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement about building something new.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well‑organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability for a full‑time schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $165,000–$175,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
