Job description

SUMMARY At Dimensional Innovations (DI), we exist to relieve the world of mediocre experiences and create remarkable ones. Our people make the remarkable possible through uncommon commitment, creativity, and collaboration.The Proposal & Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in bringing DI’s story to life through high-quality proposals and marketing materials. This role is responsible for the execution, design, and production of compelling, on-brand deliverables that support business development and marketing efforts across all DI&CO companies.This position requires a strong balance of design expertise, project coordination, and communication skills, along with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually impactful content.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONSmay include but are not limited to:

Proposal (RFP) Development & Execution
  • Design and produce high-impact proposal deliverables, including RFP responses, interview presentations, and pursuit decks
  • Translate complex messaging into clear, structured, and visually compelling layouts
  • Ensure all proposals are polished, on-brand, and delivered on time
  • Partner with the Creative Marketing Manager and Sr. Content Specialist to align on messaging, content, and visual direction
  • Maintain consistency and quality while driving continuous improvement across all proposal materials

Marketing Collateral Development

  • Create and update marketing assets, including one-sheets, brochures, and sales enablement material
  • Support marketing initiatives across all DI&CO companies through design and production execution
  • Ensure all materials align with DI brand standards and effectively support business development efforts

Design Execution & Production Ownership

  • Own execution within core design tools, including Adobe InDesign, Google Slides, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Apply, maintain, and evolve templates developed by the Creative Marketing Manager
  • Ensure efficient file organization and scalable workflows for repeatable production
  • Uphold visual consistency and brand integrity across all deliverable

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal development, marketing production, or graphic design
  • 1+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry is preferred 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Google Slides
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
  • Ability to balance creative execution with strategic objectives
