Help bring aerospace products from concept to production.

We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies. This role works closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to create manufacturing plans, drive continuous improvement, design tooling, and support both new product introductions and existing production programs.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, and bills of materials.
  • Implement engineering changes and ensure production documentation stays current.
  • Create manufacturing processes, tooling plans, and production workflows.
  • Design and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, and production aids.
  • Use 2D and 3D CAD data to support manufacturing planning and assembly processes.
  • Support composite fabrication, tooling development, and production improvement initiatives.
  • Prototype tooling concepts using 3D printing technology.
  • Investigate production issues and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve them.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Support OEM, aftermarket, MRO, and FAA Repair Station activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience with MRP systems and bills of materials.
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience with composites, aerospace manufacturing, or tooling is a plus.
  • FAA A&P certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.
