Job Description

Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic leader to fill the role of Digital Retail Sales Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
  • Recruit, hire and lead an all-star sales team focused on assisting customers shopping online
  • Identify and implement processes to engage, support and close online shoppers
  • Monitor and manage the quality and success of conversations between sales team members and online shoppers
  • Provide assistance to sales team members in identifying vehicle solutions that meet the customer's needs and budget
  • Structure car deals and meet with customers directly when necessary to close sales
  • Oversee the customer follow up process to ensure no sales opportunities are missed
