If you’re an Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Computer Science, and Technology related disciplines who want to apply your talent to national defense, work inside Special Access Programs, and help modernize how the U.S. designs and builds critical systems—this is the role built for you.
Warrant Technologies is recruiting motivated early-career engineers to join our Digital Engineering team supporting Siemens Government Technologies (SGT). As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will help federal, aerospace, and defense customers adopt the Comprehensive Digital Twin—the next generation of engineering that links design, simulation, manufacturing, and sustainment into one integrated digital ecosystem.
You will begin your journey in the Genesis Program, a 16-week immersive training pipeline that equips you with the technical, professional, and mission-focused skills needed to support high-consequence national security programs.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth career path for those who want to solve real engineering challenges, work with cutting-edge digital tools, and contribute directly to U.S. technological advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Help defense and aerospace customers implement Siemens digital engineering tools to build and sustain their Comprehensive Digital Twin.
- Work with senior engineers, architects, and domain experts to understand customer missions and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support digital transformation efforts that integrate virtual and physical engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment workflows.
- Participate in estimating, planning, and scheduling project deliverables as part of a collaborative consulting team.
- Contribute to change-management initiatives that improve customer efficiency, productivity, and engineering quality.
- Assist in architectural design activities that align software capabilities with customer business and mission requirements.
- Support project management activities including scope, cost, implementation progress, and quality control.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and support adoption of new digital engineering capabilities.
- Travel to customer sites (up to 75% after training) to support hands-on implementation and mission execution.
Your Path: The Genesis Program
You will begin your career by attending the June 2026 Genesis Program, a 16-week technical and professional development experience that includes:
- Hands-on training in Siemens digital engineering tools
- Exposure to real customer scenarios and mission-focused use cases
- Mentorship from senior engineers and consultants
- Certification-aligned coursework
- Team-based project simulations
- Preparation for working inside secure environments
Upon completion, you will transition into customer-facing project work supporting Special Access Programs and high-priority national defense missions.
