Trade Coordinator 

Onsite Position | 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653

Ready to make an impact in global trade and logistics? Join our team as a Trade Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring smooth import/export operations for a leading automotive manufacturer.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments.
  • Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings.
  • Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records.
  • Assist with CTPAT training and security validations.
  • Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality.

What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 3+ years in customs and international trade (automotive industry preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
  • Languages: English required; Spanish a plus.
  • Certifications: CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.
