Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.The Head of Digital Distribution is responsible for defining and leading the strategy, design, and delivery of digital products that enable the online distribution of insurance and low-touch servicing of clients.This role is accountable for building scalable, customer-centric digital journeys that drive new business growth, improve conversion, and reduce servicing cost-to-serve.
