Job description

Our client, a healthcare-focused digital consultancy, is seeking a Digital Strategist to lead high-impact digital product strategy initiatives within complex, enterprise-level environments. This role will serve as a key advisor to stakeholders, helping translate business goals, user needs, and market insights into actionable product strategies and digital transformation roadmaps. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, excels in stakeholder alignment, and thrives in navigating complex organizational dynamics.

You Will:

  • Gather user and stakeholder insights to inform digital product development
  • Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Facilitate strategy workshops โ€” for example, leading sessions with a client's marketing team to align business goals with digital solutions, explore consumer needs, and present digital trends
  • Build phased strategic roadmaps to guide digital platform implementation
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and differentiation strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across UX, content, SEO, and technical architecture
  • Own the end-to-end strategic narrative from discovery through final recommendations โ€” presenting findings, a clear vision, and an actionable framework for achieving that vision on the web or for a product
  • Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders at the executive and senior level

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting or agency environment (required)
  • Experience presenting strategy to C-suite or senior executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to independently design and lead strategy workshops
  • End-to-end ownership of strategic narratives โ€” from discovery through final recommendations
  • The ability to "own" a conversation with developers โ€” understanding how tooling and integrations work and connecting them to design decisions and product features (technical depth not required, but technical fluency is)
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale digital products or large web platforms
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with executive presence
  • Note: We're looking for someone who can represent the full stack of a vision and implementation โ€” going beyond marketing and content strategy to encompass the complete digital product picture. This means enterprise digital platforms, roadmaps, and user-centered strategy โ€” rather than marketing or brand strategy
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required โ€” agency experience is the priority
