Job Title: Digital Solutions Engineer Location-Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, Boston, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: $55-59/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Digital Solutions Engineer serves as the technical implementation specialist on the organization's digital solutions team, partnering closely with business consultants to design, build, and deploy productivity and automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Job Summary •Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards to automate and modernize internal business processes. •Implement AI-powered tools and integrations, including Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, and generative AI solutions, to improve operational efficiency. •Connect systems and platforms through API integrations to create seamless, end-to-end workflows. •Configure and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms based on requirements from internal consultants. •Translate business requirements gathered by consultants into fully functional, tested technical solutions. •Document built solutions thoroughly to support knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance. •Train and support end users including faculty, staff, and students, and provide occasional support outside standard business hours for urgent issues.
