Digital Shelf & eCommerce Experience Manager
Location: US Remote

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own PDP quality, accuracy, and performance across major retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger)
  • Develop and maintain standardized, brand-aligned PDP content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, imagery)
  • Audit digital shelf content regularly to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally (brand, regulatory, category, and sales teams) to align content with brand standards and campaigns
  • Lead retail media creative execution-translating briefs into high-performing ads, banners, stores, and video assets
  • Optimize the digital shopper journey using insights, analytics, and A/B testing to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion
  • Track and report on performance metrics (e.g., content scores, share of search, conversion, ROAS) and refine strategies accordingly

About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail media, or shopper marketing
  • Strong understanding of major retail .com platforms and their content syndication requirements (1WorldSync, Syndigo, Salsify, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Citrus Ads, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy and consumer insights into effective digital content
  • Proficiency in analytics tools; ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working in a CPG, FMCG, or consumer brand environment preferred
