Job Duties:

  • Attends training, participates in departmental meetings, and takes the initiative to complete other learning opportunities as appropriate to ensure knowledge and skills are current with job requirements.
  • Is familiar with and adheres to all aspects and provisions of regulations and policies as they pertain to the individual’s assigned job duties.
  • Provides support assistance of ITM which includes, cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, and other services as appropriate.
  • Provides members with guidance concerning the wise and appropriate use of credit and other financial services while offering suggestions on how they can work to improve their financial well-being.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures when scheduled.
  • Exhibits the credit union's seven service standards promoting a culture of welcoming all and putting people first whether they are a member or a coworker.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detailed knowledge of credit union and services preferred.

  • A minimum of three years’ credit union experience or an Associate’s Degree.
  • The ability to be organized and efficient while working in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be bondable.
