Summary:
We are seeking a Quoting Specialist to join our team supporting a major telecommunications client in a BPO environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for telecom services, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, looking to grow in the telecom or BPO industry.
Duties Include:
  • Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
