The Opportunity

The objective of our Risk Consulting services is to provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape. Our solutions help organizations build confidence and trust with their customers, stakeholders, and the broader market while addressing evolving business, technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory risks.

This role primarily supports clients within the Industrials & Energy sector, helping organizations address technology, cybersecurity, operational, and regulatory risks associated with increasingly complex business and technology environments. The successful candidate will support clients across a range of Digital Risk, technology risk, cybersecurity, controls, and transformation initiatives within Industrials & Energy environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will work as an engagement team leader supporting clients in identifying, assessing, and addressing technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks. You will work closely with client personnel to evaluate and enhance information systems, business processes, and technology controls while supporting Digital Risk engagements across a variety of Industrials & Energy organizations.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with engagement teams to plan and execute Digital Risk and technology risk engagements.
  • Develop risk assessments, work programs, and testing strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Evaluate information technology controls, cybersecurity risks, business processes, and technology-enabled operations.
  • Lead dayโ€‘toโ€‘day engagement activities, coordinate workstreams, communicate project status, and support the development of junior team members.
  • Apply knowledge of industryโ€‘specific business processes, technology environments, operational considerations, and emerging risks.
  • Support clients undergoing digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity enhancements, and technologyโ€‘enabled business change initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationshipโ€‘building skills while delivering exceptional client service.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an IT auditor, IT risk advisor, cybersecurity consultant, Digital Risk professional, or within a related risk consulting discipline.
  • Experience delivering technology risk, cybersecurity, IT controls, ERP risk, cloud risk, digital transformation, or related risk and technology engagements for complex organizations, including organizations within the Industrials & Energy sector.
  • Demonstrated experience serving clients within the Industrials & Energy sector and understanding the operational, technology, cybersecurity, operational technology (OT), and regulatory considerations impacting these organizations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel as needed.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet client and engagement demands.
Ideally, Youโ€™ll Also Have
  • CPA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CGEIT, CIPP, CBCP, or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting large multinational Industrials & Energy organizations.
  • Understanding of emerging technology, cybersecurity, operational technology (OT), manufacturing systems, supply chain technologies, and ERP trends affecting Industrials & Energy companies.
  • Experience participating in business development, proposal efforts, account expansion activities, or client relationship management initiatives.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youโ€™ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $87,800 to $160,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $105,400 to $182,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our teamโ€‘led and leaderโ€‘enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, clientโ€‘serving roles to work together in person 40โ€‘60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
