Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Lead serves as the primary strategic owner of Ollie's digital marketing programs and is responsible for driving growth through customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels. This role partners closely with integrated marketing, agency teams, CRM, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the company's digital roadmap.
The Digital Marketing Lead will provide leadership over digital planning and media strategy, measurement frameworks, and digital innovation initiatives. This position serves as a senior subject matter expert and project leader, influencing internal teams and agency partners to achieve business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Own annual and seasonal digital marketing plans, budgets, channel strategies, and performance targets.
  • Lead digital marketing support plans for seasonal promotions and campaigns, and key business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital channels.
  • Lead relationships with digital agencies and key platform partners including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging media partners.
  • Own measurement frameworks and reporting processes across digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead testing strategies across audiences, creative, landing pages, messaging, and media channels.
  • Monitor ROI, customer acquisition costs, engagement metrics, and conversion performance.
  • Champion digital innovation and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of progressive digital marketing experience.
  • Retail, e-commerce, or multi-location marketing experience are strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and significant digital media budgets.
  • Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, engagement, and measurable business growth through digital channels.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, social media advertising, analytics, attribution, and performance marketing.
  • Advanced understanding of Google Ads, Meta platforms, analytics tools, and digital measurement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives without direct authority.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
