• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional states through structured interviews and assessments.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans after assessing clients’ individual needs, aspirations, and challenges.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions that address a diverse array of mental health concerns, tailoring approaches to each client’s unique situation.
• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts, fostering stronger relationships.
• Regularly review and reassess treatment plans, making adjustments to strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to offer holistic care that extends beyond therapy, involving consultations with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conduct crisis interventions and provide immediate support to clients in situations of acute distress.

• Champion clients’ rights through advocacy and empowerment, fostering informed decision-making regarding their therapy.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to administer therapy sessions, ensuring a secure and confidential virtual space for all clients.
• Represent Royal Care Counseling professionally in all interactions, aligning with our mission and core values.

As an LMFT at Royal Care Counseling, your clients will include a diverse range of individuals—teenagers navigating adolescence, adults dealing with various life challenges, and couples seeking to enhance their relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, providing a critical role in their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples.
• Experience engaging with various age groups, including children and adults, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills for completing client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to learn and utilize electronic health record systems effectively.

• 1 year of professional experience in a therapy setting, particularly focusing on outpatient counseling.
• Prior experience in a remote counseling environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and interventions relevant to marriage and family therapy.

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
