Job Summary
Provide leadership of print and digital campaign efforts, including oversight for planning, implementation, and measurement of large-scale campaigns in support of organizational goals.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.   • Responsible for overseeing the project management of all print tickets including:
    • Large-scale campaigns: kickoffs, timeline, strategy, works with creative team and stakeholder to gather edits and move projects along
      • Year-End Campaign
      • Annual Fund Campaign
      • Direct Mail Campaign
      • Statewide Events
      • Vision Summit
    • Manages Project Coordinator
    • Content creation and copywriting for ads, print and digital pieces, and other large-scale campaigns
    • Assists with scripting and slideshow presentations for major events, including but not limited to annual galas, Christmas concerts, and the women's luncheon
    • Maintains brand integrity across all MnTC owned brands
    • Contributes to overall brand strategy for advertising campaigns for all MnTC owned brands
    • Support vendor coordination (print vendors, creative agencies, etc)

Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in marketing and/or project management.
  • Strong proofreading and writing skills; ability to multi-task, think critically, and set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of email, social, and web technology
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality output
  • Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
  • Ability to brainstorm, process quickly, and problem solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and WordPress
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with staff across the organization; display superior judgment and diplomatic skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Extremely high degree of professionalism and integrity, as well as the ability to pay attention to detail and quality standards are required.
  • Comfort and compassion in working with individuals facing life-controlling challenges, such as mental health issues and addiction.

  • Must be able to successfully pass background check and have unrestricted access to driving privileges.

Target Compensation Range (Negotiable based on Qualifications):
$60,000-$65,000/year
