WHAT WILL I DO?

Leverage world-class technologies to Design, Build and Run technology solutions that drive General Mills’ business forward. Our fun, collaborative and dynamic culture is one of our strengths - we are consistently rated one of the best places to work in technology.

Interns will experience a robust 10-week program leading business critical projects.

Full Time roles include Technical Analyst, Data Visualization Engineer, Data Engineer, Platform Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer and more. Our rotational program provides early career guidance as you jumpstart your career at General Mills, along with the ability to quickly experience two varied roles spanning 12 months each. Participate in community building and knowledge sharing events such as Code Camp and AI Summit.

Mini mum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Statistics, MIS, Software Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
  • Grad date of December 202 7 or Spring 202 8

The hourly rate for this position is $32.31/ hour. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences,performance, and skills for their role. The salary for this role represents the factors considered in the hiring decision including education and degree obtained.Beyond base salary, General Mills offers a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall physical wellbeing & mental health. In this role you will be able to participate in our annual incentive program. An incentive award, if any, depends on various factors ,including individual and organizational performance.
