Position Title: Office Manager, Workplace Services
Location: Dallas, TX
Your Role
The Office Manager is a trusted on-site leader responsible for overseeing Workplace Services and shaping a high-quality, service-driven office experience. This role balances day-to-day operational leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring the office operates smoothly while fostering a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment for employees, leaders, and visitors.
What you'll do
  • Lead all Workplace Services operations, including reception, facilities coordination, office services, and front desk support

  • Serve as the consistent on-site leader, maintaining a regular Monday through Friday office presence

  • Champion a hospitality-focused, service-first workplace culture that reflects company standards

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute office events, meetings, and large-scale gatherings

  • Own and manage the Workplace Services budget, including tracking, forecasting, and annual planning

  • Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-effective improvements and resource allocation

  • Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, and service delivery to ensure quality and cost efficiency

  • Lead office-related projects, space planning, workstation allocation, and office logistics

  • Leverage workplace technology and systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and service delivery

What you'll need
  • 5+ years of experience in office management or workplace services within a corporate environment

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships

  • Proven ability to plan and execute corporate events and employee-facing initiatives

  • Strong technical proficiency with workplace systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
