Job description

The Quality Digital Transformation Manager leads Coty's global Quality digital transformation across categories, regions, and manufacturing sites by driving the Quality Digital Strategy, delivering scalable digital solutions, and enabling Quality teams to improve compliance, performance, and decisionmaking through effective digital adoption.

Role can be located in Paris, Amsterdam or Granollers (Barcelona).

 

THE ROLE


OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Quality Digital Transformation Manager, you play a critical role in leading Coty's Quality digital transformation by driving the Global Quality Digital Strategy and roadmap, partnering with Quality, Operations, IT and Data teams, and ensuring digital solutions are deployed, adopted, and optimized to elevate product quality, compliance, and operational performance.

You will be reporting to Coty QA Leader, and you will manage:

Drive the Quality Digital Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Lead the execution of the Global Quality Digital Roadmap (e.g. Batch Release Automation, Digital Batch Records, Smart Controls, Quality Analytics, Consumer Feedback AI).
  • Translate the Quality vision into clear digital initiatives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Support the Head of Quality in refining and prioritizing the roadmap based on business impact, risks, and resources.

Program & Project Leadership:

  • Manage global digital QA projects from concept to deployment, including scoping, planning, coordination, risk management, and change control.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Coty's IT architecture and data governance principles.
  • Coordinate pilots, validation, and global rollouts across manufacturing sites and external manufacturers.

Support Sites & Local Quality Teams:

  • Act as the primary digital Quality partner for factories, external manufacturers, and distribution centers.
  • Build capability in local teams through training, best practices, and guidance on digital tools.
  • Capture and consolidate local needs into global digital Quality requirements.
 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a manager with experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, you thrive in a fastpaced and diverse environment. You are curious, structured, and able to build trust across teams.

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within FMCG, Beauty, Pharma, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Experience in digital transformation, system deployment, or business process digitalization.
  • Solid project management experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise tools such as SAP
  • Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Proficiency in working with Power BI
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear digital requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Fluent English mandatory and French or Spanish is an added value.
