As aManager,you'llpartner with our clients tomanage complex business and technologyprojects and transformationsand problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.You'lldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.You'llfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans.

Demonstrated experience with:

• Transformation Office Enablement

• Technology Program Delivery

• Program Management as a Service (PMaaS)

• Agile Enablement & Delivery

• Previousexperience in organizational planning and execution of strategic IT technology initiatives in service areas including but not limited to:

• Program Office Transformation - Program Office Strategy & Operating Model, Program Governance (Design & Enablement), Agile/Scaled Agile Transformation, PPM Automation (Design, Select, Implement), Investment & Portfolio Optimization

• Digital & Application Program Management - Digital Program Strategy & Roadmap, Digital Program Management (Custom Solutions, ERP & Enterprise Applications, Industry-Specific Solutions), Program Risk Management (Assessment & Remediation), Agile-enabled Business/Enterprise Transformation

• Program Management as a Service / Managed PM Services - Program Management as a Service (PMaaS) engagement management, measurement/oversight of managed output and managed capacity engagements, program support/operations (waterfall, agile), Infrastructure/cloud/core modernization program management, global program support and "right-shoring".

• Working knowledge of three-tier architecture and its impact on information and security management

• Presentation Layer (Client, web front-end, etc.)

• Application (business logic) Layer

• Data Layer

• Working knowledge of network and infrastructure

• Experiencewith ofvarious database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Access)

• Basic knowledge of one or more development languages and SQL

• Experience with domain management strategies, network segmentation,firewallsand middleware tools

• Working knowledge of development and operations (including DevOps), processdesignand tools/software

• Experience with cloud technologies including platforms, infrastructure, software, etc., as a service

• Experienceworking on enterprise transformation initiatives (i.e.platform modernization and digital)

• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives.

• Ability to translate and communicateissuesor challengesto client personnel, including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree ina relevantdiscipline (e.g.,MIS, CIS).

• 5+ years working inprofessional services andlarge scalebusiness and technology project and program management roles.

• Proficiencyin project and program management tooling

• Proficiencywith multiple project and work management delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc.)

• Professional Certification such asPMP, Agile Scrum/Product Owner,SAFeor similar strongly preferred.

The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
