Job Summary:
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to Texwipe’s organic growth and sustainable differentiation, by assisting in strategies to drive revenue growth and the creation of content across multiple media channels including search, social, and email.  You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing communications. These responsibilities include creating website and social media content, product data sheets, online campaigns, product videos, newsletters, new product introductions, including some trade show management.
We are seeking creative, self-motivated candidates with Digital Marketing experience who can manage multiple projects and deadlines and are eager to grow with the role. This is an in-office position, located in Kernersville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
•    Reporting directly to our  R&D Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing all digital marketing promotions driving incremental revenue and margin across multiple markets.
•    Manage Website design and content and implement changes as necessary to improve User Experience, SEO/SEM results, and link establishment. 
•    Manage content for distributor websites including product photographs and product add forms.
•    Work with internal and external resources to develop marketing materials and coordinate sourcing of such materials as appropriate.
•    New Product Launches:  Work with Product Management to successfully communicate new product launches and associated Value Proposition, both inside and outside of ITW CCE.
•    Support and improve process for product launches to ensure sales team is equipped to sell new products easily and effectively.
•    Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
•    Coordinate social media marketing programs, including organic posts and paid ads.
•    Coordinate paid media advertising, including creative and placements across multiple industry channels.
•    Support sales programs with targeted direct marketing activities that help drive lead generation and product education.
•    Support development of product and sales collateral; liaise with external graphic designers; has an eye for design.
•    Responsible for the layout, design & production activities associated with producing high-quality graphic-design artwork using graphic tools and processes.  
•    Plan, schedule, and organize materials for tradeshows/events including display design/layout, promotional items, and services/logistics support; and coordinate with outside resources.
•    Provide tracking, reporting, and analysis on all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
•    2 – 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role managing digital marketing programs (websites, digital/ email campaigns, etc.).
•    Candidate must be well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines, develop and implement strategies with extreme attention to detail and sense of urgency.
•    Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop to design flyers, graphics for print and digital media.
•    Working knowledge of ad serving tools. 
•    Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
•    Knowledgeable of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
•    B2B experience preferred.
•    The ideal candidate must consistently exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
•    Familiarity with e-mail marketing tools, i.e. Hubspot & Mailchimp.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels both internally and externally; team player.
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
•    Experience or knowledge in graphic design is preferred.
