Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite per week) local to DMV area

Job Summary

We are seeking a SAFe Certified Senior Digital Product Manager to lead and drive digital product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across multiple complex product workstreams. This role partners closely with Scrum teams, Product Owners, engineering, UX/design, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high-quality, member-facing digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a visionary product leader with strong AI product experience and a proven background in managing large-scale digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and value drivers
  • Lead product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle (discovery through post-launch analytics)
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, engineering teams, UX/design, operations, finance, and stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize product and customer requirements against roadmap and business strategy
  • Oversee multiple product workstreams (3-5 concurrently)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • SAFe Certification (Required)
  • 10+ years total experience, including 6+ years as a Product Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
  • Minimum 2 recent AI-related product implementations
  • Experience managing digital products such as web portals, mobile apps, and backend platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics (implementation and usage)
  • Experience using Aha! for roadmapping
  • Strong roadmap/visionary and long-term strategy planning skills
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Insurance / Payor industry experience
  • Background in large enterprise IT environments
