We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Inkjet Print Operator to join our Customization Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality, customized products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate digital inkjet printing equipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for specific print jobs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production runs to ensure top-notch quality, making adjustments as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to keep equipment in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specs and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Keep detailed records of materials used, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience operating inkjet printing equipment (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with core computer programs and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset for process improvement.
