What You'll Do

  • Run the Show: Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing presses and finishing equipment.
  • Master the Details: Review job specs, manage substrates and inks, and ensure every print matches production requirements perfectly.
  • Quality & Precision: Perform color matching, conduct thorough quality inspections, and adjust settings for flawless output.
  • Maintain & Troubleshoot:Keep things running smoothly by performing routine equipment maintenance and tackling minor mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate: Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and reduce waste.

What You Bring

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Background with digital printing equipment, color management, or print quality standards is highly preferred (manufacturing/packaging experience is a huge plus).
  • Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
