Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing Dallas production facility. This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll help produce high-quality printed products from start to finish, operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing work, packaging completed orders, and preparing them for shipment.

If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new equipment, solving problems, and taking pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Operate professional digital printing equipment.
  • Set up and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, drilling, padding, and other bindery operations.

  • Inspect finished products to maintain our quality standards.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Assist with inventory and production workflow as needed.

  • Print shops or copy centers
  • Bindery or finishing equipment
  • Packaging and shipping
  • Manufacturing or production environments
  • Large-format printing
  • Operating production machinery
  • Quality control and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Why Join Us?

You'll be joining a growing company where your work makes a real impact every day. We believe in continuous improvement, teamwork, and producing high-quality products that our customers can count on. As our Dallas operation grows, there will be opportunities to learn new equipment, develop new skills, and grow with the company. Apply now or learn more at PrintDirtCheap.com/jobs
