Make a difference as a Conformal Coating Operator

As a Conformal Coating Operator at Krypton Solutions, your daily responsibilities will include preparing and setting up coating equipment according to specifications. You will apply conformal coatings to electronic components, ensuring uniform coverage and adherence to quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Performing underfill, staking and encapsulation of components using epoxies, silicones, or other approved materials.

  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining coating equipment, including programming basic dispense patterns.
  • Inspecting coated assemblies for coverage, thickness, and defects using UV light, microscopes, and thickness gauges.
