What we need:


NPC is seeking an eager and detail‑oriented Digital Printing Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain Chinese digital printing equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure high‑quality output, efficient production flow, and minimal downtime through strong technical ability and consistent attention to detail. Because this role involves working with Chinese‑language equipment, manuals, and technical teams, bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required for effective communication, troubleshooting, and translation when needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Continuously observe print jobs and adjust machine settings as needed
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure prints meet company and customer standards
  • Maintain detailed logs of production output, batch details, and adjustments
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on Chinese printing equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve printing errors, mechanical issues, and digital workflow problems
  • Ensure machine firmware and software remain up‑to‑date
  • Manage daily print schedules to meet deadlines
  • Organize and prioritize print jobs for maximum productivity
  • Communicate with design, production, and quality teams regarding job requirements
  • Ensure accurate job setup according to digital files and work orders
  • Translate written and verbal instructions between Mandarin and English for machine manuals, technical guidance, and updates
  • Assist internal teams by interpreting communication with Chinese manufacturers, vendors, or technicians
  • Support training or troubleshooting sessions that require bilingual translation

What you’ll have:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience operating digital printing machines preferred but not required along with experience in textile, industrial, or format printing preferred
