Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a Production Designer position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

  • Create production-ready marketing assets from approved creative concepts.
  • Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, channels, and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain digital, print, event, social, web, email, presentation, and sales enablement assets.
  • Execute large-scale asset versioning and localization requirements.
  • Ensure assets meet technical specifications for deployment across platforms and channels.
  • Support global campaign launches through rapid asset production and delivery.
  • Maintain adherence to established brand standards, design systems, and visual guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews prior to final release.
  • Verify accuracy of typography, imagery, layouts, logos, legal copy, accessibility standards, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure visual consistency across global campaigns and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify and resolve production issues before publication or distribution.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of print, digital, and production standards.
  • Experience producing assets across multiple marketing channels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong file organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong understanding of design execution, asset versioning, localization, and production workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate approved creative concepts into accurate, high-quality production assets.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in production design, graphic design, creative services, or marketing design.
  • Experience developing and adapting creative assets for digital, print, web, social, events, presentations, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with high-volume asset production, versioning, and localization.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Demonstrated experience performing quality control and ensuring technical accuracy across final deliverables.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
