Ready to lead a technical service organization where your decisions directly impact customers, equipment performance, and business results?

BHS Corrugated is looking for an experienced Digital Print Service Manager to lead our Digital Print Service team across North America.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a geographically distributed team of service leaders, technical specialists, operators, electrical technicians, and mechanical technicians supporting our growing Digital Print install base.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead and develop the Digital Print Service organization
  • Oversee field service operations, technician scheduling, dispatch, and coverage

  • Manage service revenue, budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Ensure successful execution of Digital Print projects from startup through ongoing lifecycle support
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer and service issues
  • Partner across electrical, mechanical, operations, and print-process teams to continuously improve performance
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of management experience leading technical and/or field-based teams
  • Experience managing multiple levels of an organization is strongly preferred

If you're a strong service leader who understands industrial equipment, knows how to develop technical teams, and thrives in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
