Customer Service Rep II
Job Summary:
Digital Print Coordinator's role: Heavy client interaction verbal/written forms. Customer Service skills is a must. Coordinate workflow activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility to include, Job intake, operate print jobs, Recordkeeping, Shipping, Receiving. Applicant must be able to multitask and take in/understand complex work instructions. Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.
Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.
Handle time-sensitive material and maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned. The Digital Print Coordinator assign/ delegates work to copy operators and ensure the team is fully utilized, productive and meeting the print deadlines demands.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (11:30PM-8:00AM)
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Job Intake
  • Answer Incoming Calls
  • Monitor Email Traffic on varies areas of Intake
  • Respond to emails and answer inquiries
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Assess incoming print jobs and requested deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding job requirements
  • Ability to negotiate deadlines and other job parameters as necessary
  • Organize and prioritize jobs in queue to optimize meeting client expectations
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite
  • Assign print jobs fairly between print operators

Print Operator
  • Operate print, copy and scanning equipment
  • Operate binding and other finishing equipment
  • Ability to operate various print equipment and high volume printers such as (Konica Minolta, etc...)
  • Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, high-quality printed materials/ styles in a time-sensitive atmosphere utilizing high-speed digital printers
  • Perform multiple finishing types: wire-o, 3 hole drill, lamination, stuffing envelopes, folding, and cutting
  • Experience in using electronic/manual cutter
  • Setting up and operating a variety of fiery printing software
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite
  • Troubleshoot machine problems

"The pay range for this position starts at $19.50 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
Preferred Qualification:
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Ability to multitask. Competent copy skills, familiar with high-speed color printing machines (Konica Minolta, Xerox). Familiar with different types of binding styles (wire-o, 3 hole drilling). Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Excellent customer service, ability to negotiate deadlines, ability to understand complex printing instructions.
