We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating digital production printers and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials including business cards, brochures, booklets, postcards, flyers, manuals, labels, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is organized, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced print production environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate digital production printers and copiers for short-run and on-demand printing
  • Set up and monitor print jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Perform basic file preparation and verify artwork before printing
  • Conduct color checks and quality control throughout production
  • Operate finishing equipment including cutters, folders, booklet makers, drills, laminators, and bindery equipment
  • Read and follow work orders, job tickets, and production schedules
  • Maintain consistent output quality and meet production deadlines
  • Troubleshoot printer jams, image quality issues, and minor equipment problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment
  • Maintain inventory of paper stocks, toner, and finishing supplies
  • Package completed jobs accurately for pickup or shipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Qualifications

  • Previous digital print production experience preferred
  • Familiarity with production printers such as Konica Minolta, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, or Fiery-driven equipment preferred
  • Basic understanding of print production workflows and color management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital files
