Forward Bank in Marshfield is looking for a Digital Banking Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital banking platforms and help ensure our customers and employees have a seamless digital experience.

This role serves as a key resource for Digital Banking, working closely with internal teams and technology partners to administer systems, coordinate implementations and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain digital banking systems, products, services, user access, and system configurations
  • Manage software releases, upgrades, implementations, testing, and production deployments
  • Coordinate vendor implementations, root cause analysis, enhancement requests, product reviews, and ongoing performance
  • Research and resolve complex system and operational issues while serving as a primary resource for Digital Banking
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and streamlined workflows
  • Prepare system reports and documentation while supporting audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance requirements
  • Provide guidance to Retail, Business Banking, IT, Deposit Operations, Marketing, and other departments on Digital Banking products and services
  • Assist with training and communication related to new products, system enhancements, and operational changes

Qualification:

  • Associate degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital banking operations, systems administration, software implementation, business systems analysis, information technology, or a related field
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Experience with system administration, software testing, or implementations is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
