Position Overview
Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented digital leader to oversee the modernization and operational management of a global web ecosystem. This individual will partner across marketing, technology, and external delivery teams to drive large-scale website transformation initiatives, improve digital customer experiences, and establish scalable governance practices across international markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership capabilities with hands-on knowledge of enterprise content platforms, digital operations, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. This role will play a critical part in advancing global digital capabilities, supporting regional business objectives, and delivering a unified customer-facing web experience.
Core Responsibilities
Global Digital Program Leadership
  • Lead enterprise website transformation initiatives across multiple international business regions
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of website modernization efforts, including migration planning, execution, launch support, and continuous improvement activities
  • Coordinate workstreams across UX, content operations, development, QA, analytics, and platform support teams
  • Develop implementation strategies, project schedules, resource planning, and operational readiness plans
  • Partner with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to support platform integrations and digital capability expansion

Stakeholder Collaboration & Organizational Alignment
  • Build strong relationships with global marketing, technology, and operational stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment across distributed teams with varying regional requirements and priorities
  • Lead discussions focused on process improvements, digital standards, and customer experience consistency
  • Support change management initiatives related to platform adoption and workflow transformation
  • Deliver recurring updates on roadmap progress, delivery milestones, risks, and KPI performance

Web Platform Ownership & Governance
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for enterprise web platforms
  • Establish scalable governance models, operational standards, and support processes
  • Evaluate enhancement opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and user experience goals
  • Drive adoption of consistent taxonomy structures, metadata standards, and content governance practices
  • Promote platform scalability, performance optimization, and operational stability

Digital Experience & Platform Optimization
  • Serve as an internal resource for enterprise CMS and digital asset management capabilities
  • Support initiatives focused on personalization, analytics, experimentation, and digital engagement optimization
  • Collaborate with teams to improve responsive design, usability, accessibility, and mobile-first experiences
  • Help identify opportunities to expand digital functionality and improve customer journeys across channels

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise websites, digital platforms, or customer-facing web ecosystems
  • Experience leading cross-functional digital delivery initiatives in complex organizational environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS and DAM platforms; Adobe Experience Manager experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting website migrations, re-platforming efforts, or digital modernization programs
  • Understanding of digital experience best practices including UX, responsive design, accessibility, and mobile optimization
  • Experience working with analytics platforms, reporting tools, experimentation frameworks, or personalization initiatives
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance technical execution with strategic business priorities
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams, external partners, and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Exposure to Product Information Management (PIM) or enterprise content ecosystems preferred
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital content workflows is a plus
  • Comfortable supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
