Job Summary/Description:

Manage the Digital Operations department at Gray Digital Media Atlanta and WANF. Responsible for digital campaign growth, fulfillment, and client success.

Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of digital campaign operations for GDM Atlanta. This role supports revenue growth by owning workflow execution across order setup, campaign coordination, reporting, billing alignment, and cross-functional follow-through. The position is designed to improve operational consistency, reduce errors, and create clear accountability across digital processes.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Oversee digital order entry and workflow execution to ensure accuracy and completeness. Backup team members as needed.
• Review campaign setup details, including coding, budgets, dates, delivery requirements, and platforms.
• Manage campaign launch, transitions, optimizations, and stop-date execution
• Ensure reporting for key accounts is delivered accurately and on time
• Partner with sales, managers, corporate digital teams, creative services, billing, and other internal groups to move work through completion
• Monitor open items, workflow bottlenecks, and pending requests to ensure timely resolution. Deploy systems to decrease time for campaign launch.
• Conduct quality-control checks before launch, billing close, and major account updates
• Identify operational & account risks early and escalate issues before deadlines, revenue, or client delivery are affected
• Help refine and standardize digital workflow processes for the Atlanta market
• Maintain strong visibility into campaign status, workload, and outstanding action items

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Advertising, people and process management.
• Broadcast experience a plus.
