Job description

Job Description Summary:
Senior Director, Digital Operations
The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital-first, data-driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system's next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end-to-end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.
This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain-based, product-centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.
Role Overview
The Senior Director, Digital Operations plays a key role in advancing Coca-Cola's digital transformation by enabling the effective operation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology capabilities across the enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing technology platforms, processes, and data ecosystems operate seamlessly to support data-driven, personalized, and scalable marketing execution.
Operating within a product-centric digital model, this role partners closely with marketing, digital product, data, and technology teams to translate enterprise transformation priorities into reliable and high-performing marketing operations. The Senior Director will focus on integrating platforms, improving workflows, and embedding analytics and automation into marketing processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and business outcomes.
This role requires a strong combination of operational leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure marketing technology investments deliver measurable value. The Senior Director will help modernize marketing operations through data, automation, and artificial intelligence while ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, governance, and global standards.
What You will do for us
  • Lead the operational management and continuous optimization of marketing technology platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance aligned with digital transformation goals

  • Partner with marketing and digital product teams to operationalize a product-centric approach, embedding technology into end-to-end campaign and content workflows

  • Drive automation of marketing processes, including campaign execution, audience management, and performance tracking, to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Enable data-driven marketing by ensuring accurate data capture, integration, and availability across customer and campaign systems

  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to embed measurement capabilities and performance dashboards into marketing operations

  • Ensure alignment of marketing technology operations with enterprise architecture, governance, privacy, and security standards

  • Lead vendor and partner management activities to ensure delivery quality and alignment with enterprise strategies

  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and system gaps, driving continuous improvement in marketing processes and platform utilization

  • Support change management and capability building to increase digital and data fluency across marketing and operations teams

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital operations roles in a global or complex organization

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms such as customer data platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign management systems

  • Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and analytics as applied to marketing use cases

  • Experience implementing automation and operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications within marketing, including personalization and campaign optimization

  • Experience working in agile or product-centric environments with cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams without direct authority

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into operational and technical solutions with measurable outcomes

  • Experience managing external vendors and technology partners to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with clear and effective communication capabilities
