Captiva Marketing is seeking self-motivated individuals who enjoy planning, executing, and managing digital media strategies. Interested candidates should enjoy working within the agency environment while supporting multi-channel initiatives for our clients.

As a part of our promotional and account management teams, this position will require the ability to create digital strategies, to distribute messaging across channels, and to continually evaluate, refine, and optimize within various digital media campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only help to design the marketing and advertising strategies, but will also assess the end-to-end performance of the campaigns. Collaboration, constant learning, and a knack for problem-solving are a must.

This is a full-time position available in our St. Louis office (local candidates preferred, hybrid options are available).
