Overview:ย 

The Senior Associate, Investment Marketplace (Digital Investment) is a key to the development of all campaigns from brief to RFP to post campaign analysis. The Senior Associate maintains quality control of the media campaigns in market and continually evaluates and improves performance against client goals. The Senior Associate is critical to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to make an impact and bring and execute ideas across the digital media eco-system (Display, Mobile, Social Media, Digital Video, Content Sponsorships, etc.).ย 

This is a collaborative and connected team dedicated to great client service as well as fostering an environment for professional growth for their team members.ย 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Daily maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions in Prisma, flowchart updating, post buy analyses, etc.)ย 

  • Research, strategize, plan, and present plans with full executionย 

  • Plan, buy, and negotiate media (inclusive of desktop, mobile, social, and other emerging digital platforms)ย 

  • Steward campaign pacing and optimization activityย 

  • Media authorizations/reconciliation reviewย 

  • Help to guide Associate(s)ย on campaign execution processesย 

  • Liaise with creative/ad ops (TAAG)/analytics teams to manage deliverablesย 

  • Develop thoughtful insights for post campaign reportsย 

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with vendors and clientsย 

  • Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscapeย ย 

Qualifications

Qualifications:ย 

  • 1+ years of experience as an Assistant/Associate or Media Planner or Buyer with a focus on digitalย 

  • Solid working knowledge of integrating media research into the planning process (MRI, Nielsen, comScore,ย Emarketer)ย 

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)ย 

  • Deep working knowledge of third-party ad servers/reporting functions (Doubleclick,ย Innovid)ย 

  • Proficient in the use of Prisma (media management tool)ย 

  • Proficient understanding of third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g.ย Integral Ad Science)ย 

  • Strong communicationย and negotiation skillsย

ย Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $63,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
