About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for social media, marketing, and nonprofit engagement to support our CEO across a diverse portfolio of business ventures and charitable initiatives.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing executive priorities while creating compelling digital content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Social Media & Marketing
  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms for both business and nonprofit initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and digital communications.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with each organization's brand and mission.
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and audience growth.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Professional experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
