Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic-to-Execution Bridge:
Translate leadership priorities into actionable workstreams, delivery plans, trackers, and execution governance across brands, agencies, DX, Legal, Privacy, and global teams.

Drive enterprise tagging, enforce UTM standards, and support a unified data model.
  • AI Strategy & Search Operations:
Operationalize GEO/AEO initiatives, scale pilots into repeatable models, manage prompt libraries, prioritize use cases, and track KPIs.
  • Website & Platform Operations:
Oversee AEM/CMS workflows including ticketing, releases, QA/UAT, and vendor coordination.
  • Tracking, Measurement & Reporting:
Establish and enhance reporting frameworks using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and standardized dashboards.
  • Operating Model & Resource Management:
Build structured processes (intake, prioritization, RACI models) and manage GBS resources across recurring workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, eCommerce, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience:
4–6 years OR 6–10 years in two or more of the following:
    • Digital Marketing
    • MarTech / Marketing Operations
    • Digital Strategy
    • AI / GenAI / GEO / AEO
    • SEO / SEM / Retail Search
    • Website Operations
    • Analytics / Measurement
    • Program / Project Management
  • Industry Background:
Strong experience in CPG, eCommerce, retail media, or multi-brand consumer environments
  • Technical Expertise:
    Hands-on experience with:

    • PIM / DAM / CRM systems
    • Google Manufacturer Center
  • Leadership & Execution:
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and GBS resources while making independent, manager-level decisions
