Global Marketing Operations ManagerUltradent, an award-winning, global dental manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Global Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global MarTech stack including the strategy, administration, and execution of marketing automation and workflows within our marketing tools. They will help define and manage the global lead lifecycle, and will work closely with IT, sales, and regional marketing teams to improve lead management, campaign execution, reporting visibility, and CRM integration processes. This role will play a critical part in helping Ultradent build a scalable marketing infrastructure that connects digital marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.Provide the strategy for Ultradent’s MarTech stack advising on best practices and industry standards, advising on technology and marketing tools—including their usage, integration, adoption, and sunsetting.Help define, build, and optimize our global lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, lead qualification, and lead routing processes.Improve marketing automation, operational efficiency, and funnel performance of our global marketing and lead management processes.Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into marketing performance and contribution (attribution) to corporate revenue and profitability.Act as system owner/admin of HubSpot—Ultradent’s global marketing automation platform.Build and maintain marketing workflows, emails, forms, lists, segmentation, and campaign assets within HubSpot and other marketing platforms.Support our various regional marketing teams with campaign setup, localization needs, automation best practices, and system and process training.Partner with digital product and channel managers, content managers, UX, and product marketing teams to improve customer journey and digital experience.Collaborate closely with IT teams to support and improve HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics integration processes that are tailored to regional needs.Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and sales teams to help inform strategies and priorities pertaining to cross-departmental initiatives.Document processes, workflows, and system standards to support long-term scalability and consistency.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A GLOBAL MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER:At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM management, or related digital marketing roles is idealBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Communications, or related field preferredHands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platformsExperience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platformsStrong understanding of marketing automation workflows, lead lifecycle management, and campaign trackingExperience building and managing marketing emails, forms, workflows, and reporting dashboardsStrong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and sales teamsAbility to translate business needs into scalable systems and operational processesExperience working in global or multi-region organizations is a plusWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsHighly organized and detail orientedProactive personality with a preference for “doing” over “delegating”Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindsetTeam-oriented and collaborative; able to help co-workers shineComfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter who enjoys building and improving systems and processesUltradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
