Job description

Digital Marketing Specialist As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report to the COO and be responsible for implementing, managing and monitoring search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns including pay-per-click (PPC) and retargeting. You will also manage social media advertising campaigns and develop and deploy email marketing campaigns. By thoroughly understanding Pointway Inc initiatives and goals, you will produce and deliver SEM and SEO results that have a direct and measurable effect on bottom line sales figures.

Working closely with the product marketing managers, you will create highly effective SEM campaigns and regularly report on progress to the entire marketing team. In addition to search marketing, you will work with the marketing team to create HTML email templates, merge marketing lists and deploy bulk email sends via an email service provider. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you need to be comfortable with the following responsibilities: Search Engine Marketing for Multiple Websites and Product Lines - Create SEO plans for current content on multiple websites and product lines improving search engine rankings, website conversions and organic search traffic within all major search engines Continuously update existing and newly deployed webpages for SEO Continuously create, categorize, research and refine keyword portfolios to drive incremental traffic and conversions for SEO, SEM, websites, emails and social media campaigns Build out advanced reporting dashboards for measurement and regular updates for the marketing team Work with Marketing Managers to develop SEM PPC and Retargeting campaigns and implement, report and analyze campaigns Monitor and manage progress of SEM and SEO campaign details including strategy and implementation, copywriting, budgets, and reporting Provide ongoing reports to product marketing managers as well as quarterly management reports to gauge progress and inform strategy shifts Identify and create goals for website traffic within analytics platform Stay up-to-date on SEM and SEO trends and best practices.
