The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving adoption and integration of the company's new Home Platform ecosystem, serving as both a strategic consultant and day-to-day resource for agents and staff. Agent Marketing Strategy & Advisory

  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Palm Beach and Wellington sales professionals and teams, providing guidance on branding, digital marketing, advertising, communications, and business development initiatives.
  • Deliverย exceptional one-on-one marketing support, helping advisors identify opportunities to strengthen their marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
  • Advise agents on best practices related to digital presence, CRM utilization, email marketing, social media, paidย media, and client engagement.
  • Support high-profile listings, significant client opportunities, and new business presentations as needed.
  • Partner with brokerage leadership to develop marketing strategies that support office growth, recruitment, retention, and agent productivity.

Digital Platforms & Home Platform Adoption

  • Lead regional implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the Home Platform ecosystem across brokerages.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Home Platform tools, functionality, workflows, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute training, communication, and change management initiatives to drive platform adoption and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiencies, and streamline marketing and operational processes through technology.
  • Collaborate with corporate product, technology, and marketing teams to communicate feedback, identify challenges, and advocate for agent needs.
  • Monitor platform utilization, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Experience managing vendors, events, sponsorships, and marketing budgets.
