Job Summary
County College of Morris is seeking an experienced and practical Digital Marketing Instructor to support courses within our Business Entrepreneurship program. This role is ideal for a professional who can help business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs effectively market and grow their businesses using current digital strategies, tools, and AI-assisted techniques.
  • Teach core topics such as:
    • Social media marketing and content strategy
    • Search engine optimization (SEO)
    • Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media campaigns)
    • Email marketing and customer engagement
    • Marketing analytics and performance tracking
    • Graphic design and visual content creation using Canva
    • Practical use of AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and analytics insights

Qualifications - Education
Bachelor's or higher degree in subject area. Will consider AS degree or industry relevant certification(s) with strong work history and demonstrated subject matter expertise. Professional designations or certifications as appropriate to content being taught required.
